Bouddha

The stupa of Bouddha lays 8km east of Kathmandu city. This ancient stupa is one of the biggest in the world and the center of Tibetan Buddhism in the world. This stupa has been built upon a four-stage plinth, but one can easily reach to the dome ascending a flight of stairs. It was listed in the UNESCO world heritage monument in 1979.
