Nepal is best known as the home of Mount Everest but there are much more that country could offer just than one mountain. Nepal is considered one of the best adventure destinations in the world. The 800km stretch of the Nepal Himalayan is the greatest in the world with eight peaks that rise above 8,000m including the highest in the world. Mt. Everest. Since the country opened its peaks to climbers in 1949A.D, the Nepal Himalayas had become a great theatre of mountaineering activity.
